RCS - case study
The TomaWeb suite of remote control products actually started out as a custom solution for one of our then
sister companies, Caribou Systems. Their support department costs had been consistently high and they were
under pressure to reduce costs without compromising the quality of their support. One of our senior developers
and a Caribou VP examined the problem and deduced that they could reduce costs dramatically by eliminating
40% of their cross-continent on-site support, by using a remote control package.
Since an easy to use, self contained, remote control package with a small footprint did not exist, XpressHelp was
born.
